The warmth and individuality of welcome at this comfortable family home, make more intimate stay, accompanied by the feeling of being in an old house where they lived generations of good people like my grandmother Lisetta.

The stone house is on two floors interconnected by a spiral staircase. From the floor of the garden leads to the large kitchen with a fireplace where you can also cook and a sofa bed on the floor below the double bedroom with third bedroom and bathroom.

The house is adjacent to the residence of the owners and Ivano Rosalba and lends itself to a relaxing vacation away from the street, in close contact with nature and in absolute confidentiality.

We are near to Foligno, Spello, Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia.

Our rates:

The double room costs 60.00 euro.
Your use of the third bed in room costs 25.00 euro.
You can use other two beds located in the large kitchen with the cost of 25.00 euro apiece.
Breakfast is Italian: milk, coffee e. ... famous sweets and marmalades Rosalba.
For the day of Easter breakfast is the traditional Umbrian Easter cake, salami, boiled eggs and capocollo.
The stay is for at least two nights!

How to reach us:

By Train

From the North: Milan-Florence (Santa Maria Novella) Florence-Foligno.
From the South: Roma-Foligno. At the station in Foligno will be waiting (on request) and Ivano Rosalba.

By Car

From North: Highway A1 exit Val di Chiana (Direction Perugia), exceeded Perugia, continue to Foligno, then take the road to Fano, along which you will find the exit Valtopina.
Continue for Franchillo.
From South: Highway A1 exit Orte. Then take the SS Flaminia in the direction of Fano; Valtopina exit, continue for Franchillo.
