Description:

Casale Antiche Spezie is a beautiful stone structure having a small but workable vineyard; a small vegetable garden, fruit trees, area for aromatic spices, gazebos and covered patios. Located in Papiano, outside Marsciano and easily reachable exiting from the free highway E45. The house is in an ideal position to reach all the Umbrian venues and the neighbouring Tuscany, Lazio and Marche. Consisting of two buildings connected with patio, the country house lies in a flat area surrounded by fields of wheat and sunflowers, with the qualifying position of the sun from sunrise to sunset. Recently renovated with all modern comforts and ecology-friendly (solar panels and pellet stove), however, the original and rustic tones have been kept.

We can lodge you in three kinds of accommodations: a double room in B&B (2 pax), a junior suite with fireplace in B&B (4pax), an apartment with full kitchen (4pax). All have their own entrance, heating and airco adjustable, private bathroom with window and bathrobes and courtesy kit. Gathering room, garden, hammock, bbq are available.

Apartment from 60 to 90 euros


Prices are per unit per night in B&B basis for the double room and the junior suite, in overnight only for the apartment.

How to reach us:

The recommended exit on the free highway E45 is San Martino in Campo, then follow signs stating south direction towards Marsciano along the provincial road #375, called 'the Marscianese'. Never leave it, drive for 7.45 miles and you will easily arrive. Just before entering in Marsciano, you will see the signpost on the road "12 km", here turn right on the unpaved road. (0.06 mile) and you will arrive at the Country House. You can see it from the provincial road.
